BelCT certificate Belarus
BelCT is the current certification system in Belarus. BelCT (Бел СТ) certificate is required when the manufacturer of goods is a foreign company and the goods are exported to Belarus. BelCT is equivalent to ISO 9000 certificates. Certificates are required to export goods to Belarus. Voluntary BelCT certificate is used only in the internal market.
BelCT single shipment certificate:
BelCT single shipment certificate is valid only for one time delivery, and can be granted to the importer of the product and the manufacturer. Certification is granted on the basis of documents. If a company has ISO 9000 certificate or the Russian GOST R certificate, it will be easier to obtain BelCT certificate.
BelCT certificate for serial production for 1 year:
BelCT certificate for serial production for 1 year can be granted on the basis of documents. The samples are sometimes necessary, but inspection of the production is not normally required. If a company has ISO 9000 certificate or the Russian GOST R certificate, it will be easier to obtain BelCT certificate.
BelCT certificate for serial production for 2 years:
BelCT certificate for serial production for 2 years can be granted on the basis of documents. Inspection of the production and the samples sometimes required. If a company has ISO 9000 certificate or the Russian GOST R certificate, it will be easier to obtain BelCT certificate.
BelCT certificate for serial production for 3 years:
BelCT certificate for serial production for 3 years can be granted on the basis of documents. Normally, production inspection and samples are required. If a company has ISO 9000 certificate or the Russian GOST R certificate, it will be easier to obtain BelCT certificate.
BelCT certificate for serial production for 4 or 5 years:
BelCT certificate for serial production for 4 or 5 years can be granted on the basis of technical documentation, production inspection and samples. If a company has ISO 9000 certificate or the Russian GOST R certificate, it will be easier to obtain BelCT certificate.
Sanitary-Epidemiological Conclusion (Hygiene Certificate)
Sanitary-Epidemiological Conclusion is an official proof that the products are safe for human health.
Sanitary-Epidemiological Conclusion (Hygiene Certificate) may be made on the basis of following criteria:
- The applicant’s documentation: product description
- Testing and samples
- Production inspection
Sanitary-Epidemiologic Conclusion is valid for 1-5 years. Typically, Sanitary-Epidemiological Conclusion is issued 3 years.
