UkrSEPRO Certificate Ukraine
UkrSEPRO certificate proves that the products meet the standards required by the Government of Ukraine and the technical regulations.
There are products that require mandatory UkrSEPRO certification. Their export and distribution is not allowed without UkrSEPRO certificate.
There are also voluntary UkrSEPRO certificates, which offer more value to goods exported to Ukraine. The Ukrainian customers will have more confidence in products that have a voluntary UkrSEPRO certificate.
UkrSEPRO single shipment certificate:
UkrSEPRO single shipment certificate is valid only for one delivery, and will be granted to the importer of the product and the manufacturer. The certificate may be granted on the basis of documents. If a company has ISO 9000 certification or the Russian GOST R certificate, it will be easier to obtain the UkrSEPRO certificate.
UkrSEPRO certificate for serial production for 1 year:
UkrSEPRO certificate for serial production for 1 year can be granted on the basis of documents. The samples are sometimes necessary, but inspection of the production is not normally required. If a company has ISO 9000 certification or the Russian GOST R certificate, it will be easier to obtain the UkrSEPRO certificate.
UkrSEPRO certificate for serial production for 2 years:
UkrSEPRO certificate for serial production for 2 years can be granted on the basis of documents. Inspection of the production and the samples sometimes required. If a company has ISO 9000 certification or the Russian GOST R certificate, it will be easier to obtain the UkrSEPRO certificate.
UkrSEPRO certificate for serial production for 3 years:
UkrSEPRO certificate for serial production for 3 years can be granted on the basis of documents. Normally, production inspection and sampling is required. If a company has ISO 9000 certification or the Russian GOST R certificate, it will be easier to obtain the UkrSEPRO certificate.
UkrSEPRO certificate for serial production for 4 or 5 years:
UkrSEPRO certificate for serial production for 4 or 5 years can be granted on the basis of technical documentation, production, inspection and samples. If a company has ISO 9000 certification or the Russian GOST R certificate, it will be easier to obtain the UkrSEPRO certificate.
Sanitary-Epidemiological Conclusion (Hygiene Certificate)
Sanitary-Epidemiological Conclusion is an official proof that the products are safe for human health.
Sanitary Epidemiological Conclusion can be granted on the basis of the following criteria:
- The applicant’s documentation: test reports, product description, materials, chemical composition, etc.
- Verification and analysis of samples carried out by an accredited laboratory.
The validity of Sanitar-Epidemiological Conclusion depends on the validity of the UkrSEPRO certificate. (1, 2 ... or 5 years)
Sanitary-Epidemiological Conclusion for 3 years:
If the company only needs a Sanitary-Epidemiological Conclusion without an UkrSEPRO certificate, Sanitary-Epidemiological Conclusion is valid for 3 years. The Hygiene Certificate for 3 years can be granted on the basis of documents and samples.
